Dr. Mike Raphael
MIC – Management Integrated Consultants is a division of Mechanical and Industrial Consulting Co. sarl; managed by Dr. Michael A. Raphael, Ph.D. graduate of Texas A&M University in engineering process systems, ex-professor at the American University of Beirut, the Lebanese University, and the Lebanese American University, ex-senior industrial and process systems in-house consultant at Texas Instruments Inc. – Dallas, Texas, and a Senior Member of ASQ-American Society for Quality.
MIC is specialized in the areas of industrial, environmental, process and systems design and development, plant facilities design and construction, industrial accident investigation and troubleshooting, petroleum and petrochemical services, marine hull, machinery and fire inspection / surveys, compressible and incompressible liquid transfer systems, tank calibration, quality and quantity inspections / surveys, oil terminal design consulting, power systems and energy conservation, and a variety of other services in quality assurance and quality management. All services being conducted locally, regionally and internationally.
Overview
MIC was set as an independent entity, providing services in the fields of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Total Quality Management (TQM); these were only complementary to the years of professional experience of MIC in industrial projects.
MIC provides the local and regional business community with advanced business management system services for achieving a healthy and robust, yet flexible, lean, and dynamic Corporate Governance, with emphasis on re-engineering and re-structuring companies and organizations’ business management systems and processes “from within”, as per prevailing international “best practices”, by using the latest in quality management systems concepts, principles, tools and techniques, for enhancing organization’s developmental sustainability and continual improvement.
