Business Processes Development, Analysis, Mapping and Improvement

Objectives: An interactive TQM based two-day training program to help participants in identifying, developing, mapping and improving business processes in their organization, for a DO-IT-YOURSELF in-house implementation. Business processes in any organization involve the management system, as well as the production / service processes. Business processes are an effective scheme for changing the company focus by organizing it vertically and horizontally in an effective and efficient way. Business processes help management at all levels better understand, trace and follow-up organizational issues and introduce in a pro-active way corrective and preventive actions.

Understanding the process approach, Process management and classification, Documentation, Process control.

Part 2 – The Processes in the ISO 9001:2015 Standard and Process Documentation:
Core processes required by the ISO 9001:2015 Standard.

Part 3 – Process Documentation, Development and Mapping

Part 4 – Process Improvement Tools:
Need for process improvement, Fishbone diagram, Spider chart, Consensus building, Enhanced Nominal Group Technique, Process measurement systems, Financial measures, Key performance indicators.
