Risk management basics, risk process, matrix, severity, criteria, levels, mitigation and risk registers.

Part 5 – ISO 9001:2015 Standard Requirements:
Introduction, Scope, Terms and Definitions, Context of the organization, Leadership, Planning, Support, Operation, Performance Evaluation Improvement.

Part 6 – Implementation Steps:
Overview on the ISO 9001:2015 Standard implementation scheme for any organization.
